Super Himachal Cab Service act as an Agent for travel arrangements from other parties (Hoteliers, Transportation suppliers, Operators, sightseeing and other privileges immunities etc).Super Himachal Cab Service shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned, whether by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements, or otherwise in connection therewith.
The following terms and conditions will apply to the services of the travel agency as a travel agent for providing arrangements for a tour. All bookings of travel packages accepted by our travel agency are subject to the terms and conditions of the operator concerned.
Rights to Ammend the Itinerary if Required
Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for safety and well being of our esteemed passengers/travelers.
Information Regarding Tour
The information provided by us is based on the information provided by third party providers; such as hotels and transportation suppliers (“Service Provider”). We have tried our best that all the information provided in itinerary or on website is correct and up to date; however we do not ensure the accuracy of such information.
The details in the itinerary or on website like prices, packages, tours and other information displayed are subject to change without notice. All the products and services related to tour indicted in itinerary or on website depend on the availability.
All documents issued to client/passenger/traveler are non – transferable. Such documents may include but are not limited to, hotel vouchers, tour vouchers, or any other document used to confirm an arrangement with a Service Provider. Such documents may also be subject to conditions such as, but not limited to, being non – refundable, non – date – changeable and subject to cancellation or amendment fees. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with these conditions.
The passengers/clients/travelers will be responsible for obtaining their necessary documents i.e passports, visa, photo ID card, health information required etc.
Information from the Passengers/Ttravelers/Client
Passengers/Travelers/Clients must provide tour operators and/or travel agents with all useful information that is explicitly requested of them or that may reasonably have an influence on the smooth running of the trip.
If the passengers/travelers/clients provides incorrect information and this leads to additional costs for the tour operator and/or travel agent those costs may be charged.
If any persons of your party traveling have a medical problem or disability which may affect your choice and pleasure of holiday, please inform us prior to confirming your booking so that we can advise to the suitability of the chosen arrangements.
Your contract is with us and contract exists between us when we have confirmed you on our tour / hotel booking / or any other travel related services of your choice and we have received your booking request and deposits. All correspondence/s in respect of Tours / Travel Service bookings should be addressed to us.
Our Liabilities & Limitations
Please note that after the finalization of the tour/service cost, if there are any hike in entry fees of places visited, taxes, fuel cost, road permits by the Government authorities, the same would be charged as extra as per actual.
Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and checkout time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.
We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their own arrangements. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk. Travel agent is not responsible for theft or misplace their personal property/s and baggage and other valuable things.
The timetables stated are indicative. The traveler/passenger/client must bear in mind under all circumstances that these are subject to change before and during the journey.
All travelers/passengers/clients are advised/requested to check in at least 1 hours prior to the scheduled time of departure of their vehicle. Please note that all travelers/passengers/clients must be present with their boarding documents, passport and visas necessary for the destination. Any passenger arriving late for check-in will be denied boarding.
In case of any dispute, the same will be dealt under Shimla jurisdiction.
Any passenger/traveler/client that has a contagious disease is forbidden to travel, any person found during the tour with such a disease will be asked to leave the tour and will have to make their own arrangements to return home.
